Her extensive background includes key positions at Procter & Gamble, Willis Insurance Brokers KPO, and Motilal Oswal. Pooja has been instrumental in shaping Alchemy’s leadership team as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for over 15 years prior to assuming the role of CEO in 2023.
